Bears have given up
It’s clearly evident Baylor has given up on this game. Aggies score again. 38-3 with 6:55 remaining in the game.
Christine Michael gives Ags four possession lead
As the cliche goes, Texas A&M just put the nail in the coffin on Baylor’s bowl hopes. Christine Michael just ran for his second touchdown of the game, this time a 2-yard touchdown to give Texas A&M a 31-3 lead.
30 yards of penalties puts A&M into field goal position
Nicolas Jean-Baptiste and Phil Taylor each had personal fouls which yielded a total of 30 yards in penalties. Randy Bullock then nailed a 48-yard field goal to give the Aggies a 24-3 lead with 13:25 in the third quarter.
Florence throws another interception
Nick Florence threw his second interception of the half, (it was Baylor’s third), when the Bears were in the red-zone. Baylor trails 21-3 at the end of the first half.
Florence intercepted
Nick Florence threw the epitome of a “dead duck” when he threw an interception to a wide-open Jordan Pugh. Texas A&M has the ball in Baylor territory in the waning minutes of the first half.
Missed field goal stops bleeding
Texas A&M kicker Randy Bullock missed a 37-yard field goal left to stop Texas A&M’s offensive drive.
Offensive struggles continue
The Bears are currently 0-for-6 on third-down conversions. With 9:47 left, Baylor just succumbed to another three-and-out. After a Derek Epperson punt, Texas A&M has the ball at its own 33-yard line.
Trickery turned bad
Kendall Wright threw an interception on theĀ Texas A&M five-yard line. Then from their own 3-yard line, Christine Michael busted for 97 yards for a Texas A&M record-breaking run. Aggies lead 21-3.
Florence, Bears rolling again
Nick Florence and the Bears are marching down the Kyle Field grass again. At the beginning of the second quarter, Baylor resides at Texas A&M’s 10-yard line.
Bears unable to stop run
Jerrod Johnson’s 1-yard quarterback sneak into the end zone, helped give Texas A&M a 14-3 lead with 2:17 left in the first quarter. So far, the Aggies have demolished Baylor’s defensive line, and created gaping holes for running backs Christine Michael and Cyrus Gray to exploit. Texas A&M currently has 138 ruushing yards.
